Enjoy the hospitality of basin harbor on your boat

Stay the night with us on your boat or just stop by for 18 holes of golf or a nice lunch at the Red Mill. Basin Harbor has limited floating docking for boats up to55' and 7' drafts. Water levels and time of year play a part in availability, so give us a call or email us.

We monitor channel 16 or call us at 802.475.2311. Overnight docking rates are $1.95 per foot without power and $2.50 with power. Please note we have 30 amp power. Overnight moorings in the North Harbor are available for $20 per night. A mandatory Resort Fee is charged in the amount of $55 per boat for use of the beaches, pool, wellness center and all other guest areas of the resort.

Transient boaters wishing to dine in the restaurant or golf will be offered a complimentary 4 hour mooring if available. Please note that the beach, pool, and other areas are private. Any time after 4 hours will be an hourly charge of $5.00.

For those staying with us overnight please observe our harbor rules.

1. Please be sure to have your guest I.D.s with you at all times.Your use of Basin Harbor is for you and the registered guests on the boat only.

1. In consideration of all guests at Basin Harbor, late night noise is not permitted.

1. While boats are in the Harbor or at the docks, laundry or other articles of clothing may no be “hung out.” Please keep docks clear of personal belongings.There must be no cooking on board or docks, nor can we tolerate any garbage being dumped anywhere but the receptacles provided.

1. Check out time for overnight docking is 12 noon. If you wish to stay longer, there may be an additional days charge.
