The Lodge

As the original farmhouse of Basin Harbor, The Lodge houses our front desk, concierge services, Ardelia’s restaurant, the Champlain Lounge bar, and the Breezeway Cafe. 

Fourteen guestrooms are available on the second and third floors. All of them are charming and comfortable, with private baths and views of the harbor or the golf course. 

The Lodge is the hub of activity at Basin Harbor, with easy access to guest services and dining. Enjoy a drink in the Champlain Lounge,or head out onto the Lodge Deck for great views of the harbor. There, you’ll find the Dutchman’s pipe (Ristolocia durior), a beautiful flowing vine that’s been draping over the balconies of The Lodge for more than a century.
