Clinic Schedule for the 2013 Golf Season:

Tuesday’s Junior Golf Clinics for Resort Guests ages 8-13.
($20.00 per person) Beginning Tuesday June 18 through Tuesday September 3, 2013 at 10:00-11:00. Register at the Golf Shop desk, by Monday 5:00pm.
Meet at the Golf Shop; parents or guardians should check in their Junior Golfers at the Golf Shop desk. Golfers should be ready to depart to the practice range by 9:45. Golfers are asked to wear sneakers and don't forget your sunblock.

Topics will include: Safety and course etiquette, including on-the-course expectations and speed of play. Object of the ball, cup and a flag. Golf club lengths, lofts and characteristics. Grip, stance, posture. Full golf swing, emphasizing on balance and follow though.

Thursday’s Junior Golf Clinic for Resort Guests ages 8-13.
($20.00 per person) Beginning Thursday June 20 through Thursday September 5, 2013 at 10:00-11:00. Register at the Golf Shop desk, by Wednesday 5:00pm. Meet at the Golf Shop; parents or guardians should check in their Junior Golfers at the Golf Shop desk. Golfers should be ready to depart to the practice range by 9:45. Golfers are asked to wear sneakers and don't forget your sunblock.

Topics will include: Safety and short game etiquette, including how to mark a ball, where to stand, how to hold a flag, where to walk and where to leave clubs. Grip, stance and posture with chipping, putting. Short game emphasizing how to develop feel utilizing fun drills and games.

Women’s only Clinic for Beginner’s: ($20.00 per person)
Beginning Friday June 21 through Friday September 6, 2013 at 10:00-11:00.
Register at the Golf Shop desk by Thursday 5:00pm. Meet at the Golf Shop and be ready to depart to the practice range by 9:45. Golfers are asked to wear golf shoes or sneakers and don't forget the sunblock.

Topics will include: Safety and etiquette including on course speed of play, short game etiquette, score keeping and basic rules of golf.
Object of the ball, cup and a flag. Golf club lengths, lofts and characteristics.
Grip, stance and posture. Full swing emphasizing on balance and follow through.

Friday Family Learn To Play Seminar:
Free (limited to the first two families that sign up)
Beginning Friday June 21 through Friday September 6, 2013 at 3:00-4:00
Register at the Golf Shop desk by Thursday 5:00pm.
Meet at the Golf Shop
This an ideal time for parents whose children are expressing interest in learning the game of golf and may have limited knowledge of the game.

Topics will include but limited to: The First Tee Organization.
Tee It Forward Program. Procedures to use a scorecard to find the best facility in which to play. Procedures to keep score and discuss match and medal play. Discussing scramble formats. Pace of play, etiquette, question and answer time. Families can continue to learn by themselves on the course at a discounted price after the discussion.
