An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Monday, repeating until Tuesday, September 3, 2019
This class will cultivate athleticism and grace, guided by emphasis on precision, form and focus. Students develop a more toned body and a more relaxed mind. Barre classes incorporate both isometric and lengthening movements utilizing a ballet barre as well as a floor mat for additional core work. Hand weights and small balls are also used for increased toning results.
