This class will focus on conscious breathing as you move through exercises that promote postural restoration, flexibility, balance, core strength, and relaxation. Participants will be guided through slow controlled movements where mindful breathing is practiced. Mindful breathing helps to control the nervous system and encourages the body to relax, bringing about a range of health benefits.
