Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday, our chef offers you a delightful 4 course tasting menu with wine pairings chosen carefully to accentuate the bold & artistic flavors favored by Chef Kruse.
Saturdays at Ardelia’s is our classic buffet, a Saturday Supper to enjoy together. With action stations, plentiful displays and a special menu for the kids, Saturdays are a more casual gathering.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, Chef Christian serves up a creative and simple 3 course dinner highlighting the fresh and local flavors of Vermont’s impressive landscape.
