Day 8: Ritz Cracker PB Chocolate Cookies
Who doesn’t like those flavors and all together? Salty, sweet, nutty…..yum. And easy!
60 Ritz Crackers
Creamy Peanut Butter of your choice
12 oz. milk or dark melting chocolate
8 oz. white melting chocolate
6 oz. butterscotch baking chips
Make sandwiches with two crackers and peanut butter. Melt the chocolates and chips in a double boiler, stirring as needed until melted and smooth. Dip sandwiches in melted mixture and put on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or waxed paper. Once the sheet is full, place in freezer until the cookies are frozen. Store in ziplock bag in freezer.
