What a day we have in store! The mercury is scheduled to reach 79 degrees this afternoon, with a healthy dose of sunshine and blue skies. Get out there and enjoy that lake!
How nice to see our returning guests on this lovely Saturday. From Woodcliff Lake, NJ we welcome Donald & Audrey Levi along with Jennifer, while Andrew & Jennifer Schinder from Old Greenwich, CT join us for the week with Jesse. Debra & John Gatsos are here with Samuel and Theodore from New York City, and George Hebard and his extended family join us from Bryn Mawr, PA. Nancy Hebard is celebrating her 70th Birthday today, and we wish her a most wonderful and festive time with her family! Birthday Bells are also ringing for Gary & Marie Haydu and the fam from Madison, NJ, who are here to celebrate Marie’s special day. Happy Birthday! Basin Harbor welcomes Laurie Holt and her family from Mendham, NJ—how nice to see you again! Our dear friends Kim & Chad Egelhoff are paying us a visit from New Albany, OH for another round of merriment, here to ring in Kim’s near-birthday! We are delighted to see Timothy & Sheila Finnerty this season, returning to us from Hingham, MA along with George, Hugh, and Caroline. Matthew & Lori Smith are visiting from just up the road in Shelburne, VT, and Stephen & Cathy Aschettino bring Austin, Aurora, and Ava from East Norwich, NY. BHC welcomes Karl & Robyn Huck from the faraway land of Woodstock, VT. Last but not least, we have another Happy Birthday to wish for our guest Chuck Warren, who is 12 years old today. Have a wonderful celebration! And for all our guests new and returning, we hope you all enjoy a marvelous stay at Basin Harbor Club during this last week of social season!

What a Bingo game we had on Thursday night! Susan Boyd from Hingham, MA and Nikita Moffly of Weston, CT kicked off the evening with a tie for the first game, while Kate Johnston of Shore Hills, NJ swooped in with a back-to-back win for Picture Frame and Postage Stamp and took home TWO piles of cash. High Stakes resulted in another tie game, this time between John Plotsky of Rockville, MD and Estelle Potdevin from Los Angeles, CA. Misha Moffly from Weston, CT nabbed the win for X Marks the Spot, and Oliver Klotz also of Weston, CT came in for the Stand Up Sit Down win. Our final Blackout jackpot of the night went to our tied champions, Sophia Craven from New York City and Duncan Klotz of Weston, CT. Congratulations to our Bingo winners! We’ll see you all next year in the Town Hall!
