A social membership is a wonderful way to enjoy Basin Harbor and our unique offerings here on Lake Champlain! If you are a boater, you can also elect to add a boat slip to your social membership. A Social Membership offers you the following benefits:
- Beach, Pool & Waterfront access all season
- Seasonal members-only events & cocktail parties
- Complimentary use of the Treehouse Wellness Center gym facility
- Complimentary use of tennis courts
- 15% discount on resort dining (food only) at Ardelia’s, the Red Mill, seasonal North Dock dinners, Basin Harbor-cue Food Truck, Mizuchi Sushi, Hattie’s Pies, and the Breezeway Cafe
- 15% discount on retail purchases at The Harbor Store and Breezeway Shop
- 15% discount on boat and bike rentals at the waterfront

2022 Social Membership Rates:
Single – one person: $1,115.00
Couple – two persons, married or partners: $2,095.00
Small Family – Spouse and children totaling up to 5 persons: $3,090.00
Large Family – Spouse and children totaling up to 6 persons or more: $3,530.00
Small Multi-Generation – Spouse, children and grandchildren totaling up to 9 persons: $4,410.00
Large Multi-Generation – Spouse, children and grandchildren totaling 10 persons or more: $5,185.00
2022 Boat Club Membership:
All Social Members may apply to keep their boat on a dock slip or mooring ball during our season. You must be a Social Member in order to have a Boat Club Membership.
Boat Club rates for the 2022 season are as follows:
Up to a 20′ boat: $2,095.00
Per foot over 20′: $105.00
Seasonal Power: $300.00
Mooring $1,275.00
