Looking Ahead to 2026? Here’s How to Rebook Your Cottage Stay!

When Can I Rebook? 

Rebooking for next year opens approximately 12 months in advance of your desired dates. We no longer hold rooms or accept early request forms far in advance. You’ll have 1 week after departure to rebook your stay. Here are your options to rebook for 2026: 

Rebooking Options 

1. Accommodation Guarantee 

Want to return to the same room, same week, and same length of stay? 
– You must rebook before or within 1 week after departure. 
– A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit equal to 2 nights (plus tax) is due at time of booking. 
– This guarantees your preferred accommodation for next year – and is the only way to ensure you have the same accommodation in 2026. 
– Please note: If you cancel or change your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. 

2. Flexible Rebooking 

Open to a different accommodation next year? 
– A refundable deposit equal to 2 nights (plus tax) is due at time of booking. 
– You can cancel or change your stay with full refund up to 30 days before arrival. 
– After 30 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable. 
– This option does not guarantee a specific unit but does ensure you’ll be in the same type of accommodation next year while allowing for flexibility if plans change. 

Important Notes 

– Accommodations are not held without a deposit. 
– All deposits must be made at the time of booking. 
– Our Rates change yearly—our Reservations team can answer all your rate questions. 
– To maintain fairness, we cannot extend the grace period beyond 1 week after your departure.  

How to Rebook 

During Your Stay: 

– Call or email our Reservations Team  (see contact details below) 
– Stop by the Front Desk to request to meet with a Reservation Agent 
– Complete a rebooking form – our Reservation Agents will contact you with rates and deposit information within 1 week of your departure. Please note that deposits will be required at that time. 

After You Leave: 

– Call or email our Reservations Team within 1 week of departure.  

Missed your Rebooking Window? 

After the expiration of the grace period, all units available will be available for a reservation. While we cannot guarantee availability, we urge you to book online or call our Reservations Team to get your reservation in as early as possible.
