Featured Events During Dirty Dancing Week
Saturday, August 15
Kick off the week with a Double-Feature Movie Night in the Board Room Theater featuring The Parent Trap (6:30 p.m.) followed by Mamma Mia! (9:00 p.m.).
Later that evening, head to the Red Mill for Kellerman’s Dance Party, featuring favorite hits from the 1950s, 60s, and the unforgettable Dirty Dancing soundtrack.
Sunday, August 16
The waterfront comes alive during our Kellerman’s Beach Party, complete with a live DJ, watermelon races, limbo contests, hula hoop competitions, and plenty of lakeside fun.
That evening, gather in Town Hall for Dirty Dancing Bingo, a themed twist on one of our guest-favorite activities.
Tuesday, August 18
Enjoy another evening of Dirty Dancing Bingo, then test your movie knowledge during the Kellerman’s Trivia Challenge at the Red Mill.
Wednesday, August 19
Bring your singing voice for Baby’s Late Night Karaoke, where guests performing a song from the Dirty Dancing soundtrack will receive a complimentary creemee coupon.
Thursday, August 20
Learn new moves during Margaritas & Mambo, a beginner-friendly salsa lesson led by professional Latin dance instructors on the North Dock overlooking Lake Champlain.
Later that evening, enjoy a Dive-In Movie Night featuring Dirty Dancing under the stars at the outdoor pool.
Friday, August 21
Wrap up the week with our Summer Camp Olympics, featuring tug-of-war, three-legged races, water balloon tosses, capture the flag, cornhole, spikeball, and more.
That evening, celebrate together during “The Staff Party“, where professional dance instructors and Basin Harbor staff lead one final dance party before gathering around the campfire on Sunshine Lawn for a relaxing send-off.
