Sip & Savor: Fall Wine Dinner

We’re excited to announce we’ve added a special fall wine dinner series to our culinary offerings. Join Executive Chef Phillip Ducrot for an unforgettable wine dinner experience. Enjoy a carefully crafted menu paired with exceptional, older vintage wines that highlight the elegance and depth of each bottle.

Series dates: Sept 11, Sept 18, Sept 25, Oct 2, 2024.

Red Wine poached Pears salad with Gorgonzola Panna Cotta

– Cannelloni of Smoked Salmon/Trout with Celery and Cucumber salad

– Pepper crust Strip Steak with Chocolate-Salt, Beet Risotto, shallots confit, beet foam

2010 Pessac-Leognan Chateau Smith Haut Laffitte “Grand Cru”- Bordeaux

Potato wrapped Snapper, tomato shellfish stew, roasted vegetables.

2020 Lucien Muzard Bourgogne Aligote 

– Pumpkin Spice Cake with Ginger ice cream and brandied fruits compote

– Warm Chocolate cake with Pistachio Semi fredo and orange caramel sauce
