Summary:
Our Repair and Maintenance team is responsible for the majority of repairs in the 120 buildings on the grounds of Basin Harbor.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Light plumbing
- Light Carpentry
- Light Electrical
- Painting
- General repair and upkeep
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Critical evaluation skills.
- A commitment to ethical practice and legal compliance.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Related Experience and a willingness to do just about anything
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Resourcefulness and “outside-the-box” thinking
- Pride of workmanship
- Have the stamina to work up to 10+ hours: sitting, standing and walking.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 25lbs, reach overhead and perform repetitive motion.
- May involve walking between venues and climbing stairs between floors.
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
