The Lodge

The Lodge is the heart of Basin Harbor, with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as dining facilities and more. As the original farmhouse of Basin Harbor, The Lodge also houses our front desk, concierge services, Ardelia’s restaurant, the Champlain Lounge bar, and the Breezeway Cafe, as well as fourteen guestrooms on the upper floors. 

Options for meetings and events spaces include The Club Room, Garden Room, Lodge Lawn, The Sunshine Lawn, Surprise Garden Lawn, and Terrace Room.
