Champlain House

This circa 1920s building offers six identical rooms for guests who prefer a more hotel-like experience. These spacious guestrooms feature double beds and private baths.

Located a short walk from the waterfront and within an enclave of private cottages, Champlain House is a good choice for couples or families visiting as part of a larger group.

Westview, the two-story building on the site of Champlain House, was used to accommodate guests then. It was moved to its current site on Red Mill Road, opposite the 10th fairway, in 1962 where it remains today and is used for employee housing. Champlain House was built in 1962 with lumber harvested from Basin Harbor’s woodlot.
