This season, Ardelia’s will offer a dynamic and personalized dining experience, inspired by the rhythm of Vermont summers and the creativity of our culinary team.

Led by Executive Chef Joseph Hofmann, our dinner menus will evolve throughout the week, showcasing seasonal ingredients, local products, and the flavors of Vermont. Each evening will feature thoughtfully crafted selections designed to offer something for every guest, from classic favorites to fresh, balanced options and creative dishes that accommodate a variety of dietary preferences.

The menu will be presented through chef-attended stations, allowing guests to enjoy more flexibility throughout their stay while finding dinner times that best complement their resort activities and schedules. Rather than one fixed menu cycle, each evening will bring a new opportunity to explore Chef Joseph’s cuisine while maintaining the warm, welcoming hospitality that has always defined dining at Basin Harbor.

Ardelia’s remains Basin Harbor’s most formal dining experience, where guests are invited to embrace the tradition and elegance of a special evening on the lake. While jackets and ties are no longer required, many guests continue to enjoy dressing for the occasion. Recommended attire for gentlemen is a collared shirt and full-length pants, with dress appropriate for a special evening.
